Your request becomes a soft reservation once you confirm your email within 18 hours - these dates are held for you in the Villa Lente booking calendar. Once the 20% deposit is received, the reservation becomes a hard reservation. If the deposit is not received within the agreed timeframe (shown in your confirmation email), the dates are released and may become available to others. The remaining balance is due 5 weeks before arrival. Cancellation can be requested at any time and is handled on a best-effort basis. A refund is not guaranteed - however, if we succeed in generating income for those dates afterwards, we will refund a proportional amount, which may be the full amount received.
